Accepting New Patients. We have a walk-ins Doctor available!

FAQ

Yes, we offer walk-in services. Walk-in patients are seen by the next available doctor, not necessarily the doctor of their choice. While there may be some wait time, we strive to see all patients efficiently. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the ER.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal/physical abuse or aggression towards our staff. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Clear signage is posted in our waiting area to remind everyone of this policy. Offenders may be reported to law enforcement.

If you miss an appointment, you will receive a courtesy call or email reminding you of our clinic policy. Two missed appointments within a 12-month period will be fined. A missed regular appointment (15 minutes) will result in a $60 fee. Missing a complete physical appointment will result in a $150 fee. These policies are clearly posted in our clinic and on our website to ensure all patients are informed.
To ensure your safety and privacy, prescriptions and test results are only provided after a consultation with a physician. You must book a phone or in-person appointment to discuss prescriptions or receive results. We do not fill prescriptions or release results over the phone or by fax without a consultation.
Phone consults are offered only as a convenience for our patients. These are scheduled within a two-hour window, not at a specific time. If you require a strict appointment time, we recommend booking an in-person visit. Please note that phone consults are a courtesy service and may not always be available for every request.

Some services are considered non-insured and are not covered by provincial health insurance. It is the patient’s responsibility to pay for these services. Please refer to our non-insured services price list, which is subject to change.

No, at this point we only offer cash payment.

We strive to complete forms and other uninsured services within 30 days. To avoid delays or last-minute rush, please submit your forms as early as possible.
